The cemetery is operated by the Sardis Church Trust and located in Folkston, GA.
Fees
A fee of $1,200 shall be paid to the Trust prior to any grave being opened.
All graves must be marked with a permanent headstone. In addition to the grave opening fee, there is a refundable $250 headstone fee. If a permanent headstone has been placed within one year of burial then the $250 fee will be refunded. If no headstone is placed on the grave within one year of burial the $250 fee will be applied to the placement of a permanent headstone.

Natural Setting
The policy of the Trustees is that the cemetery remains as near as possible to its traditional appearance.
Therefore, the placement of boxes, shells, toys, metal designs, ornaments, chairs, settees, glass, wood, or iron cases and similar articles on plots is prohibited.
Artificial, dyed, or preserved flowers, photographs, souvenirs, wreaths, or flags or other emblems are subject to approval of the Trustees.
